RightIndem Ltd is a single limited liability company specialising in InsurTech software solutions. We develop and provide software services to some of the UK’s leading insurers and sell our solutions globally.
OUR SUPPLY CHAIN AND EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES
While RightIndem Ltd primarily operates in the technology sector, we recognise the importance of vigilance in all aspects of our supply chain. We employ our internal staff directly and ensure that all employees are protected under our robust anti-slavery policies. Our supply chain includes outsourced developers and cloud hosting services, such as Microsoft Azure.
Our Policies on Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking
To reinforce our commitment to ethical practices, we have implemented several policies that contribute to preventing modern slavery, including:

All employees receive training on modern slavery risks and ethical business practices as part of our company policies and employee handbook. This ensures that our workforce understands their responsibilities in identifying and reporting any potential issues.
REPORTING & COMPLIANCE
RightIndem Ltd has established clear reporting mechanisms for concerns related to modern slavery. Employees, contractors, and suppliers can confidentially report any concerns via our internal reporting procedures. Any reports are taken seriously and addressed in accordance with our policies.
