We started in 2016 and since then we have gained huge interest from the worldwide insurance sector. We are an award winning global Insurtech and our mission is to transform the way the insurance industry deals with claims by putting the customer at the heart of the journey.
Kieran has been involved in claims management and loss adjusting activities for over 35 years. As co-owner he sold GAB Robins UK to Crawford in 2014. Rigby was most recently Global President, Crawford Claims Solutions charged with leading and developing loss adjusting activities across all continents, including catastrophe responses, WeGoLook platform, building consultancy services and launching a digital platform across Crawford’s tier 1 markets.

Ollie has a background in Insurance outsourcing, as well as working in and leading venture-capital-backed small to mid-sized businesses. Ollie is responsible for running the RightIndem business, setting its strategic direction and ensuring it meets its financial objectives. Since becoming CEO in 2019, it is Ollie’s focus to continue RightIndem’s rapid growth across the global insurance markets.

Before joining RightIndem in 2022, Jean-Martin had worked in Investment Banking IT for 15 years followed by 3 years in a start-up at the crossroad of insurance and cybersecurity. Combining an analytical and practical problem-solving approach, Jean-Martin welcomes challenges as opportunities to strengthen our team and enhance RightIndem’s value proposition.

Rich comes from a Business Analysis background largely in FinTech and has worked as both Product Owner and more recently Product Manager at RightIndem. Rich is responsible for the product planning and execution of the Product Roadmap throughout the Product Lifecycle, working closely with the Product Owner and Sales team to ensure client requests are prioritised alongside Product delivery.

Chris joins RightIndem in 2023 as a Technical Architect, bringing his passion for technology and software development from over 20 years of working, designing and implementing IT and Software solutions across a wide range of sectors, from startups, emergency services to robotics and more recently insurance.

Hayley joined the team in 2021 with 8 years experience working in the insurance industry at Aviva, as a Business Analyst. Primary role at RightIndem is focusing on gathering and analysing requirements for delivery, working closely with design.

Recently joining RightIndem in 2022, Andrew had previously worked in the Legal and Insurance sectors. With 15 years’ experience in the Motor Claims arena, of which, 8 years as a Business Analyst. Joining as a Product Owner, Andrew’s role will take client requirements and help turn them into solutions.

Thomas joined RightIndem in 2018 after gaining extensive experience in managing and leading financial teams across multiple countries. Thomas also holds a MPhil degree in Economics, as well as being a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. As CFO, Thomas is responsible for the overall financial strategy of RightIndem.

Sue has a career of over 20 years in the insurance sector, which has allowed her to develop a breadth of domain knowledge, with a predominate focus on operational and personal lines claims. She is responsible for client relationships and engagement, as well as marketing, brand and culture. By working closely alongside the Delivery team, Sue ensures that customer feedback is consistently acknowledged, and that the product roadmap is developed accordingly.

Matthew has joined RightIndem from the UKs first InsurTech ‘Unicorn’ and has cultivated a career, spanning 15 years’ ranging from insurtech, industry leading mobility start-ups and prolific technology brands. From his diverse background Matthew has gained vast experience specialising in client relationship management and brings his dynamic approach, energy and detail to RightIndem ensuring key strategic projects are delivered and fully realised.

Paul has worked within various environments, from Global Carriers to Third-party Administrators and as part of a management team leveraging claims / incident handling, outsourced business out of the UK across 5 continents. Paul uses his vast experience to build business models, anticipate consumer trends and develop innovative solutions. His main responsibility is to extend the international growth, ensuring the business is at the forefront in aligning itself with the digital claim's agenda.

Mike joined RightIndem seeing it as the digital claims solution for P&C, Life and Speciality insurers struggling to combine core platforms and best-of-breed software in the agile claims front end required to compete with disrupters and agile competitors.
Data, analytics, and product innovation has always driven Mike who became involved in insurance, particularly claims, and is a thought leader publishing regular insight on www.insurtechworld.org

Mike Daly
Matthew Lees has over 10 years’ experience within the motor claims industry, previously working for one of the UK’s leading outsourced claims specialists. He has led multiple new business relationships from initial engagement and consultation to the development of end-to-end claims solutions. Including partnerships with insurers, brokers, MGA’s, self-insured commercial fleets and other legal services providers.
Hobbies & Interests:
Spending time with his wife and young daughter and walking their crazy dog, Margo the Viszla
Raising funds for children and young people’s cancer charities – having raised nearly £10,000 in the last two years.
His latest challenge was the ‘4 x 4 x 48’ – a four mile run, every four hours, for 48 hours
Matthew Lees
Teresa worked in accounts & finance for 30 years. She has worked in a wide variety of sectors including construction, retail, manufacturing and financial services. Teresa gained the AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) and CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) qualifications. She joined the team in 2017.

Arjan has an Electrical Engineering and Marketing background. He has 25 years of international and national experience in Employee Benefits and Property & Casualty. His responsibility is Marketing and Sales for Nationale-Nederlanden Property & Casualty with a focus on the Dutch Market. Innovation to improve customer experience is my passion.

Arjan Nollen
Kealan has worked with venture capital companies for 15 years, both in a corporate finance advisory capacity as well as a fund manager. Before his involvement in venture capital investing, Kealan previously lead a structured equity products team at HSBC, and has worked at Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch and UBS.
